LeBron James now has a new goal in mind for the upcoming years

LeBron James has accomplished almost everything that he could have ever hoped for. He is now considered one of, if not the best player of all time. Still, there are still some things that LeBron James wants to do before he retires. First, he has the all-time scoring record right in his grasp in the upcoming season, but then, he has to play until his sons enter the NBA.

For a long time now, LeBron James has repeatedly said that he wants to play with Bronny James in the same NBA team before he retires. Now, he has changed his mind, as he just said to Sports Illustrated that he wants to play until he can be alongside his two sons.

“I feel like I could play for quite a while. So it’s all up to the body, but more importantly, my mind,” LeBron told SI. “If my mind can stay sharp and fresh and motivated, then the sky’s not even the limit for me. I can go beyond that. But we shall see,” explained James.

LeBron James just signed a two-year extension with the Lakers with a player option for a third one. It seems that by the time that Bronny enters the league, LeBron could be a free agent to go wherever his son ends up playing for.
