The Brazilian superstar of PSG Neymar Jr. has quite a fame of being player that he founds himself immersed in controversy from time to time. The latest one has to be with him being a party animal and has annoyed his neighbors and even the mayor.

Neymar celebrated his birthday with a big party at his mansion, but it is not the first time he has been loud, and the neighbors aren't content anymore. They have complained to the mayor, who is also having a hard time with the Brazilian superstar.

This comes after the rumors of the PSG not being happy with the player and looking to sell him as soon as possible. Neymar Jr. has quite a reputation, similar to the 90's icon Dennis Rodman.

Rodman is famous mainly for his time with the Chicago Bulls and for playing alongside Michael Jordan, to have quite the look and always been in the middle of controversy, something similar to Neymar.
