No one can stop Halaand's speed and talent, this Lakers player wants to emulate him

The Football soccer rising superstar Erling Haaland is set to become the face of the sport alongside Kylian Mbappe, and one of his unique characteristics is how he runs.

It has been proved that there is a reason why Haaland run like an Ostrich, according to Jonas Dodoo the head coach of Speedworks training said  “What Haaland does to maximise his projection is that he will push his leg far back behind him when on the ground and he will have a relatively high knee lift, so he always has a big range of motion between his legs. That's one of the reasons his projection and his stride length are so big.”

There are three projects Halaand has worked on to do all this: his projection, switching, and reactivity. And all of this is something that the Lakers sophomore Austin Reaves, currently recovering from an injury, is interested in.

Austin Reaves has been looking for ways to improve his game, as he has shown from the last season, and this one that he is willing to put in the work to become a better version of himself on the court. In addition, Reaves is trying to improve his speed, which is already there because of his size, and Holland is one of the “role” models he is looking to emulate.

The Lakers sophomore Austin Reaves has been completely overlooked from the All-Star weekend, but he is set to come back this Saturday night vs. the New Orleans Pelicans game. Reaves has been recovering from a hamstring strain.
