The LA Lakers GM Rob Pelinka has made several mistakes in his time in front of the franchise, but this is one of the biggest

The Los Angeles Lakers were able to win the 2020 championship title, but in less than two years, the GM Rob Pelinka had utterly changed the roster, as only LeBron James and Anthony Davis remain from that team.

One of Pelinka's biggest mistakes was letting Alex Caruso go as a free agent, something the Lakers fans fear the GM could repeat with Austin Reaves.

Pelinka's mistake was that the Lakers chose THT over Caruso, turned THT into PatBev, turned PatBev into Bamba, and now waived Bamba.

This means that the Lakers let go of Alex Caruso for nothing; in the end, the team suffered a significant loss, and now the team is looking for another center to help the team contend for the championship title.

The Lakers are looking to sign a mid-level player in the free-agency market

According to ESPN's Dave McMenamin, a couple of players the Lakers are interested in signing this offseason, Brook Lopez and Bruce Brown Jr.
