The Los Angeles Lakers had to overcome many different situations coming from a disastrous previous campaign that was overhyped with the signing of Russell Westbrook. Still, the Big 3 experiment failed, and things were supposed to start differently this season.
With Darvin Ham being a first-timer head coach and some roster changes, the team was optimistic, but a season-starting record of 2-10 generated more doubts than anything. Still, the team was able to change, and now the fans have spoken about what they considered to have been the team's best moments.
Some fans have expressed online what they enjoyed the most; one fan on Twitter wrote: "Lebron breaking the scoring record or coming back against the Mavs." Others picked the Russell Westbrook trade, while other fans expressed him attending his first game in the Crypto.com Arena.
The best moments for fans overall were LeBron breaking the scoring record, the trades, Pau Gasol's jersey retirement, the team overcoming the 2-10 record, and the Austin Reaves "too short" gesture payback to Patrick Beverley.
Opposed to the best moments, the one time that all fans entirely despised was the loss against the Celtics, where Jayson Tatum hit LeBron James, and the NBA referees failed to call the foul.
