The Los Angeles Lakers got a lot better after the trade deadline thanks to the incorporation of new players and the roster moves, but the team's weakest link remains to be head coach Darvin Ham.
Ham hasn't been able to manage the squad correctly, as shown by his starting lineups and player rotation, giving too much playing time to players that should be more on the bench and the opposite with players that should have more playing time and are on the bench most of the time like Wenyen Gabriel and Lonnie Walker.
One of the players that are one of the significant question marks on how to handle for coach Ham is the rookie Max Christie who played with the South Bay Lakers on Tuesday evening but now has been called for tonight's Lakers game vs. the Suns.
Max Christie has been a valuable element for coach Ham's team even with his limited playing time on the season, as the team has underused him.
With the team struggling most of the season, it has yet to give too much chance to Coach Ham on using more his two-way rookies Max Christie, Scotty Pippen Jr., and Cole Swider.
