Earlier in the week the news broke that the LA Lakers have signed the former Dallas Maverick center Christian Wood for two years and a 5.7 million deal with a player option to set their roster for the upcoming training camp.

The purple and gold fans received the news excited after some long weeks filled with rumors and speculations about which big player was going to get LA's 14th roster spot.

Now that it has been officially announced, not only the Lakers fans have reacted positively to the news, but it seems that the new LA's Big has the seal of approval from the team's superstar LeBron James.

Loyal to his style, LeBron James reposted center Christian Wood's highlights on his Instagram story as a welcome to the team and a sign of approval from the Lakers forward.

After last season AD was the main center most of the season, The big man requested the front office to get him some help at the center position in order to rest some time as the Lakers five and stay as healthy as he can for the 2023-24 campaign according to the NBA insider Jovan Buha.
