The Los Angeles Lakers are getting ready for the next season, and right now, they are bringing some prospects to work out for them ahead of the NBA draft.

The purple and gold reportedly held their latest round of NBA draft workouts on Tuesday, with Tyger Campbell among the players on hand. Other names include Marcus Carr from Texas, Djordjije Jovanovic, Justyn Mutts, Anton Watson, and Kevin Obanor.

The Lakers have the No. 17 and 47 pick for the next draft, and they could use them to get a couple of young talents; this will shake the last season youngsters like Max Christie, Scotty Pippen Jr., and Cole Swider, who got their year one with the team but spent most of it with the South Bay Lakers.

Campbell is one of the most notorious prospects the team could pick, a guard who started 133 games during his time at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is second in UCLA history with 655 assists.

The NBA draft will be held on June 22

The Lakers are ending their workout round ahead of the NBA draft that will be held on June 22. Along with Anthony Davis, younger players Austin Reaves, Rui Hachimura, and Jarred Vanderbilt could form the core of next season's team, and the player picked at No. 17 could add to that, but last year's rookies are afraid of losing a spot.
