Victor Wembanyama led his team to break their 18-game losing streak with a blowout win against the Los Angeles Lakers that were shorthanded and Max Christie got his opportunity as a starter, completely disappointed.

Coach Darvin Ham didn't have available Anthony Davis, Cam Reddish, or D'Angelo Russell, and the team suffered because of that, against what many believed was a weak opponent as the Spurs had an 18-game losing streak coming to this night.

The Lakers were terrible as a whole, with the exceptions of Austin Reaves, LeBron James, and Rui Hachimura. But what Max Christie showed tonight is that many thought he had a lot of potential, even coach Darvin Ham called him the Lakers' jewel, and so far he hasn't shown any promise.

Christie played 23 minutes, scored 2 points, and had one assist with one turnover, which comes to show that he is far from what was expected of him and didn't show any promise or potential at all. The Lakers lost 115-129.

Austin Reaves and LeBron James are the best Lakers on the court

Despite the whole team's efforts, the best two players on the court for the Lakers are LeBron James and Austin Reaves. LeBron has scored 23 points while Reaves has scored 22. Rui Hachimura has been the third-best Laker as he had a coming off-the-bench role.
