The Sunday night preseason game between the Los Angeles Lakers against the Golden State Warriors was pretty solid entertainment for fans and productive for the team's coaches.
But when they played, the stars were for the Lakers, Anthony Davis, and the Warriors, Stephen Curry. So who won the battle between the two stars? Anthony Davis had fewer minutes, with 21, while Curry got 25 on the floor.
Anthony Davis had 9 out of 18 Field Goals, whit 2 out of 4 being 3-point shoots. However, the more impressive stat was that AD scored eight out of eight free throws attempts. And at the end of the night, AD scored 28 points.
As opposed, Stephen Curry wasn't able to be as great as AD; Curry didn't have excellent performance and had only scored 2 out of 8 three-point shots for a total of 9 out of 18 FG. Still, Curry scored four out of four free throw attempts and a total of 24 points overall. So this night, the Lakers and Anthony Davis bested the reigning champions the Golden State Warriors.
The best game the Lakers could have won in the preseason was against the Golden State Warriors; even being a preseason match, it is a confidence booster, and it got some highlights for coach Darvin Ham. Once Anthony Davis left the floor, the Lakers were losing; in the aftermath, Ryan came off the bench and started scoring 3-point shots; the Lakers led again, and in the end, they won 124 to 121.
