The Lakers are looking to make a trade soon and tonight could serve as an audition for one or more players from the Hornets

The LA Lakers are coming for tonight's game against the Hornets from a loss to the Boston Celtics, but the team has a great opportunity tonight not only to get a key win but to watch some potential Lakers players that Charlotte could be interested in making a trade for.

There are several Hornets to keep an eye on as potential trade targets on the market, including Terry Rozier, Nick Richards, and Miles Bridges. Gordon Hayward would be one to watch but he has been ruled out with a calf issue.

Tonight's game against the Hornets is important for coach Darvin Ham to keep repeating his new starting five or shake things up once again. A victory over Charlotte will help the team to stay on the winning side, otherwise, their record will be tied with the number of wins and losses.

The Lakers have 3 players currently listed as questionable (Reddish, LeBron, Davis) but assuming all 3 play, LA will have a chance to develop some chemistry with the injury bug seemingly content to just bother Gabe Vincent....for now. BTW, if Reddish doesn't play but everyone else does, what better chance to see what a more traditional Reaves-TP-Vando-LeBron-AD can do?

The problem with Darvin Ham in the Lakers' locker room

Ham couldn't succeed with Russell Westbrook and now is having problems with how to handle D'Angelo Russell, Rui Hachimura, and Jarred Vanderbilt. Darvin hasn't given his players the right role, has failed to call timeups when is does, doesn't plan the games right and his lack of on-game adjustments is concerning, plus, rumors of a broken locker room are starting to emerge.
