The LA Lakers are looking better and better, but they have been reported to be pursuing a return of Alex Caruso to the purple-and-gold

The Los Angeles Lakers have been struggling early on the season with different players being injured, because of that, other issues surfaced, as the team had some of the worst played first quarters seen in the league for a long time, including becoming one of the worst defenses in the NBA.

But now that most of the roster is back, except Gabe Vincent, the team has gotten back their best defensive game and has been unstoppable in the last few games, including being undefeated in the In-Season Tournament.

Still, different rumors and reports have the Lakers with a real interest in bringing back one of the players that the fans have been missing the most, Alex Caruso.

The newest report by K.C. Johnson isn't good news for the purple and gold front office and fans alike, as it says that the Chicago Bulls are 'hesitant to trade arguably their 'greatest success story' in Alex Caruso.

The Chicago Bulls could not trade for Alex Caruso after all

“Caruso is arguably this regime’s greatest success story and he is the perfect embodiment of the culture the franchise wants to project. Trading him would be painful for this management team; I can assure you that.” Said K.C. Johnson.
