In the Los Angeles Lakers in the LeBron James era, the front office has been building each offseason a win now team but has forgotten about building chemistry and a culture for more than one year.
The purple and gold star LeBron is now entering his year 21 in the NBA, with that in mind, he knows that his time is almost up to win more championship titles, because of that he wants a contending team, he asked for it and now the front office has delivered.
LeBron James during his last press conference as a Laker last season said, “I’m not sure what the roster will look like next year. The roster is not set. It’s not like we have a team full of multi-year guys.” LeBron pressured the FO and they answered the call.
Now is up to LeBron James and the team to deliver a new championship title. The team has depth, talent, and the right combination of youth and experience, and it seems that most players have a chip on their shoulder.
Another good news for the fans is that AD wants to be back to the role that he is more comfortable with and that helped him to lead the team to win the 2020 championship title, as a power forward and not so much as a center.
