The hype surrounding Anthony Davis is unbelievable, what worries the Lakers fans

One of the main problems with Anthony Davis has been his continuity and his ability to stay healthy, as his skills and talent are never underestimated, because AD can be one of the best players in the league when he is available and playing.

With training camp starting next week, the word from inside the Lakers organization has been unbelievable regarding their superstar Anthony Davis who recently signed a 3-year and 186 million extension.

Coach Darvin Ham said in the press conference: "I have all the faith in the world for AD. He’s had a tremendous summer willing to work on his body, his game, same with LeBron and everybody.”  Austin Reaves said “We did a shooting competition. AD is shooting the ball really well, it’s something I tried to get him to do more is shoot it.”

“The buzz [at Lakers minicamp] was how well Anthony Davis’s jump shot looked” reported ESPN's Dave McMenamin, and overall that has been the word on AD. But fans can't let go of the fact that Davis gives a monster game and then the next one doesn't' and that is injury-prone.

The Lakers fans are excited nonetheless

Anthony Davis seems to be putting up the work like never before, and at 30 years-old, great things are still expected from him and the fans are hyped for a new NBA championship title like they haven't been for years. The atmosphere entering this season is the complete opposite of the uncertainty and drama that was lived in the 2022-23 offseason.
