The world cup has ended on the best note possible, at least for Argentinan superstar Leonel Messi, who, without a doubt for the vast majority, has finally conquered what he was missing and become the ultimate GOAT over greats like Maradona and Pele.

For most of his career, Messi was compared with Maradona and Pele, and he wasn't on their level according to different people, as they were able to conquer the most appreciated trophy of all, the World Cup.

Messi finally did it this year, and now he is the football soccer GOAT. But the Lakers superstar, LeBron James, has suffered from the same; while some people think he is the greatest, the vast majority believe he can't compare with the Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan.

What can LeBron do to become the undisputed NBAs GOAT? Like Messi, Bron has to match MJ and win two more championships to tie with Jordan's six titles. However, what LeBron has in his favor is that this season he will be breaking a critical NBA record that MJ was never able to top, Kareem's most-scored points of all time.

If LeBron wins this championship, many will make him the automatic GOAT

Even without winning a sixth championship, this season could be the one that makes James finally sit on the Olympics by himself and eventually pass MJ in the GOAT debate. LeBron has a lot to overcome this season, and if he can help do it, no one will hesitate anymore to call him the greatest of all time.
