The Los Angeles Lakers have waived Mo Bamba and Shaquille Harrison ahead of the free agency market and declined Malik Beasley's team option.

With these movements, the team gets some cap space to make some signings this offseason, especially to re-sign top-priority free agents like Austin Reaves and Malik Beasley.

And while the front office has made it clear they also want to re-sign Dennis Schröder and Lonnie Walker, one of them of both players could be added to the list of Bamba and Beasley in case they opt to sign with other teams.

But according to HoopsHype's Michael Scotto, GM Rob Pelinka is interested in guards Jevon Carter, Shake Milton, and Cory Joseph if one or the guards between Schröder and Walker sign elsewhere.

The Lakers have their free agency point guards option ready

"The Los Angeles Lakers want to re-sign Dennis Schroeder but also have other point guards on their radar, including Jevon Carter, Shake Milton, Cory Joseph, etc., league sources told HoopsHype," Scotto wrote.
