The Lakers have been very quiet during this off-season. Now, with training camp just around the corner, it seems that the team might just roll with their current roster. They traded for Patrick Beverley which has improved their bottom ten defense. Still, they have Russell Westbrook on the roster, which might have not been the initial plan.
New reports say that the Lakers might do a final push to trade for a couple of players before the start of the season. Many fans want the team to trade for Buddy Hield and Myles Turner but that hope is fading away. Still, with the latest Donovan Mitchell trade, the Lakers have been reportedly been interested in some players from the Utah Jazz.

The worst case scenario for LeBron James and the Lakers
According to ESPN's NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski, the Lakers might be trading for some veterans in the Jazz roster. Utah has been reportedly open to trading Bojan Bogdanovic, Mike Conley, and former Laker Jordan Clarkson.
Of course, this trade would probably include Russell Westbrook and maybe one of the Lakers' first-round picks, what is yet to be seen is if the Lakers would include another player in the possible trade. Kendrick Nunn is a name that has been floating around this movement.
There have been many players linked to the Lakers during this offseason. However, right now, the player that has made more noise is Cam Reddish as he has reportedly asked for a trade out of the New York Knicks.
