The Los Angeles Lakers have had a busy offseason so far, as they were able to have most of the signings they wanted in the first days of the free agency market.
But one guard the Lakers were at one point interested in was James Harden, but it happens that the former Laker Russell Westbrook was behind, preventing it from happening.
James Harden has wanted to leave the Philadelphia 76ers to reunite with Russell Westbrook at the LA Clippers. It worked better for the Lakers, as they signed the PG Gabe Vincent instead.
Vincent is cheaper, a more reliable player, and not the troublemaker that Harden is, and Gabe is seeing forward to winning a championship title with the purple and gold.
The Lakers re-sign D'Angelo Russell, and he is set to be the team's starting PG for the next season, but Ham has stated that the decision could change depending on Gabe Vincent's work at training camp.
