The LA Lakers are looking to improve their roster for the next season, and it seems that Giannis could stick their latest attempt to do it

The Los Angeles Lakers want to build a strong enough team around LeBron James and Anthony Davis, and the missing piece has been in the Point Guard position.

First, they attempted to correct that with Russell Westbrook but failed miserably. At the current season's trade deadline, they brought D'Angelo Russell, who seemed to be the perfect fit until the playoffs happened, and his underperformances didn't help the Lakers to avoid being swept by the Nuggets.

And now different names have come out as potentials upgrades from D-Lo, Kyrie Irving, Trae Young, and Fred VanVleet, and after the news broke up of the Suns wanting to trade or waive Chris Paul, the 38-year-old PG vet entered the conversation.

But Giannis Antetokounmpo's team, the Milwaukee Bucks, also is looking to sign Paul and could enter the battle against LA to see who gets the coveted PG. Giannis could ruin the Lakers' chances to win the next season's championship if Paul signs with the Bucks.
