We are getting closer and closer to the start of a new season for our Los Angeles Lakers. That's why Darvin Ham has to work harder than ever to figure out what the starting five will be for the 22-23 season.The Lakers preseason begins on October 3 in Los Angeles at Crypto.com Arena against the Sacramento Kings. In total, the Lakers will have 6 preseason games where they will face the aforementioned Kings, the reigning champions golden state, the suns, and the timberwolves.

Aware of what might happen with Russell Westbrook, everything seems to indicate that there is already a very likely starting five with or without Russell Westbrook. Still, the Los Angeles Lakers are keeping an eye on the Kyrie Irving trade because, as mentioned in other articles, the Lakers are willing to give up two first-round picks and the Long Beach California native to acquire the services of the Brooklyn Nets point guard.

In an interview, Reaves also mentioned the importance of staying positive; "It's my big focus. I go in there with a good attitude every day, and whatever they tell me to do, I do. Just putting my body in the best position so the rookie wall or whatever, it doesn't hit you like that. And you can more push through it because you're in better shape and better
