It seems that the Lakers were already anticipating the trade for Bradley Beal, as they could be planning for it beforehand

The Los Angeles Lakers want to improve their 3-point shooting and their Guards, as they enjoy some upgrades from D'Angelo Russell and Malik Beasley.

And with the just broke news of the Washington Wizards wanting to trade Bradley Beal, and the Lakers have already shown interest in signing him, there's a strong possibility for a trade to happen.

Even ESPN's Brian Windhorst NBA analyst, thinks that something can get done soon. "If Bradley Beal gets traded between now and next Thursday, I think people are going to be very surprised at the price and potentially how low it's going to be."

If the Lakers make a trade, two possible players to leave are D'Angelo Russell and Malik Beasley, or even Lonnie Walker is in the realms of possibilities.

The Lakers already wanted to sign Bradley Beal in the past season

The NBA and Lakers Insider Jovan Buha reported on Dec. 16 that the Lakers were interested in Beal if he became available. Now that he will be available, it is a no-brainer for the purple and gold.
