Besides the famously called "garbage minutes," the Los Angeles Laker's two-ways rookie D'Moi Hodge hasn't received a real opportunity, despite showing out of all the team rookies, besides probably Colin Castleton, that he is NBA ready.

On Friday night, Hodge had another stellar performance with the South Bay Lakers in the G-League where he helped his team to get the win, the team now has a four-game winning streak, this time led by a career-high performance by the guard.

South Bay had 7 players finish in double figures, including D'Moi Hodge who scored 35 points in total but with seven 3-pointers, something the Lakers have lacked on the season.

The center Colin Castleton also had a great night scoring 26 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists, the two-way rookies are showing that if coach Ham gives them a shot they could be helpful for the team, especially Hodge with his 3-point shooting.

The fans aren't happy with Jalen Hood-Schifino

Despite being a project for the team's future and having only played 3-games, the Lakers fans have already lost faith in the rookie, as they wanted another prospect more mature and ready to make a difference like the Miami Heat's Jaime Jaquez Jr. who has been balling, still, LA's organization has faith on Hood-Schifino development and are hoping great things of him soon.
