It has been evident that the NBA has its favorite team and favorite player right now in the Denver Nuggets and Nikola Jokic, as the referees have been one-sided all game long.

Every time a  Lakers player touches Jokic or Jamal Murray, the referees call it a foul, while they haven't done the same with LeBron James and the rest of the Lakers team.

There were several plays that the referees were all in favor of the NBA champions and the Lakers weren't able to make a comeback as they were able to cut the distance to 4 points to then trail again by 11 points.

In what is becoming a disappointing night for the LA Lakers after the high expectations following what looked like an impressive offseason, Nikola Jokic has scored 27 points, Murray 21 while LeBron has 19 points and Davis disappeared in the second half and stayed with 17 scored points.

Rui Hachimura has been disappointing

The role players for the Lakers haven't been able to help the team and once again, LeBron James is trying to carry the team on his shoulder, what is looking to be a repeat of last season.
