LeBron James is without a question the top 3 greatest players of all time, and for many, the Lakers star is undoubtedly the basketball's GOAT. Still, some of the older generations have Michael Jordan over the Lakers star.

James' manager and friend Rich Paul has now come out to give his take on what makes LeBron James the GOAT over MJ and Kobe Bryant, as they didn't have to face the new media and social media.

"LeBron is the first player to have a deal with a 24/7 365 news cycle of sports and opinions," Paul spoke to how the coverage of LeBron is different from the other greats.

LeBron also has to deal with a larger number of detractors, as social media brings a lot of criticism for what a high-level athlete does in his life all 24/7.

Despite his popularity, Michael Jordan never faced the amount of media attention that James gets

Paul makes a great point about how Jordan never had to deal with the amount of media attention that James gets. The media follows any move that LeBron James compared to Michael Jordan who doesn't have a social media presence.
