Pelinka pulled off one of the best trading seasons for the team and significantly improved the team's roster; one of them is already becoming a fan-favorite

The Los Angeles Lakers got a key win ahead of the All-Star weekend break, and a lot of it has to do because of the new players that the team has on the roster after GM Rob Pelinca pulled off several trades to strengthen Ham's squad.

One of the names that have caused a lot of expectations so far in his first three games and is quickly becoming a fan favorite is the forward Jarred Vanderbilt, who brings size, defense, and offensive accolades.

And even when Vanderbilt and Lonnie Walker IV don't share a position, the SG is quickly becoming a forgotten piece for coach Ham and their fans.

Walker IV was one of the standout players that were signed in the offseason and even was, for most of it, a starter in the five lineups for coach Ham, but now he has been relegated to the garbage minutes, as seen in the game vs. New Orleans.

The good news is that the team has depth and is stronger

The team's roster has improved for the fans and even for coach Ham, and good players like Lonnie Walker now have less playing time because of how great the rest of the team is. Another that is suffering a similar fate is Wenyen Gabriel, but both players have been reliable; they could have playtime when needed in case the other stars get injured.
