After all the moves that the LA Lakers have been able to make, the fans still want the size center Brook Lopez to return to the team, but there is some news that won't please them.

Rob Pelinka did it and was able to keep the young core while building on the team by getting some upgrades in critical positions. Still, the team has 13 players and has stated they want one more center to start the season with 14 players on the roster.

The center that most fans want is Brook Lopez, but his final decision is to stay in Milwaukee as he has signed a new deal with the Bucks for around 48 million, so now there's zero chance for LA to get him back.

Pelinka has surprised everyone, so he could have another ace under his sleeve and sign a player. No one has thought about that once again, and pleasantly surprised everyone.

Austin Reaves got a max contract with the LA Lakers

What the Lakers SG Austin Reaves has been able to accomplish is impressive, as he has gone from being undrafted to getting a two-way contract to a standard minimum in 2021 NBA training camp, and now less than two years later, cashes in on the maximum allowable salary from the Lakers, a four-year deal worth 56 million.
