Russell Westbrook's stint with the LA Lakers was a complete nightmare for everyone involved, this came as the organization has been trying to find a third star to team up with LeBron James and Anthony Davis, especially in the point guard position.

While Austin Reaves isn't a point guard at the moment, coach Ham and the player himself want to give Reaves more of a PG role in the upcoming season.

It seems that the Lakers have found their third star to be part of the team's Big 3 alongside AD and LeBron, especially after Reaves revealed a story that involves him, AD, Bron, and assistant coach Phil Handy.

“The next day, we had Film- & Phil Handy looked to Bron & AD & was just like: I haven’t seen y’all do that in awhile- Put y’alls trust in another player like that. I wanted to tip my hat to y’all. That was another point where I was like ‘sh*t’.” Said Reaves to ESPN's Zach Lowe on his podcast.

Austin Reaves believes the team has the most talented roster in the league

“I would argue we probably have the most talented roster in the league, Top to Bottom- Christian Wood on a Minimum, Gabe Vincent coming from a Finals run. Getting this time to really build a foundation w/ one another is going to help us a lot.” Said Austin.
